Gulion's motion structure principle involves using Link-style slack adjusters to convert linear and circular motion trajectories. This adjustment accurately regulates the gap between the brake drum and the brake lining by rotating the camshaft to address any excessive gap. When the slider moves in the ratchet groove, tooth jump indicates an excessive gap beyond the set value, which is compensated during the braking return process to ensure optimal performance of the brake mechanism. Furthermore, Link-style slack adjusters demonstrate excellent fault tolerance. When locking during driving, the self-adjustment function can be disengaged by removing the small pin shaft. In locking or other faults, the automatic adjustment function can be deactivated through simple operations, such as removing the small pin shaft, and the adjuster can be switched to a manual adjustment state, temporarily resolving the issue. This enables temporary manual usage of the adjuster until it can be taken to a repair shop. Also, Gulion's Link-style slack adjusters can replace numerous mainstream adjustment arms on the market without compromising quality.
