Hubei Gulion Industrial Co., Ltd. specializes in commercial vehicle braking systems and is China's largest American-style automatic slack adjusters manufacturer. The predecessor of Gulion is Shanghai Gulian Mechanical & Electrical Technology Co., Ltd., established in Pudong, Shanghai, in 2007. Gulion moved to Hubei with a 20,000-square-meter production base and R&D center in Xianning, Hubei Province, due to its prosperous automobile industry chain; it is also one of the largest transportation hubs in China. In collaboration with Dongfeng Motor Engineering Research Institute, we have developed and manufactured the automatic brake slack adjuster arm for automobiles, constructed using premium raw materials featuring an advanced product structure that reliably enables the automatic clearance of the brake slack of cam brakes and offers OEM & ODM customization services.
In the development process, Gulion fully implemented the modern enterprise management system. The company has a professional R&D team of 12 people, plus workers, and a management team of 80 people. Gulion has a workers' skills training program and guarantees their rights, every Gulion product with our workers' pride.
Gulion has dozens of high-precision CNC machine tools, testing equipment, and multi-functional inspection benches. Hundreds of products are available to aftermarket and OEM product suppliers, covering trucks, trailers, and buses. Our products include manual slack adjusters, automatic slack adjusters, air disc brakes, and torque plates. All products passed the National Automotive Quality Supervision and Inspection Center inspection and comply with the SAEJ1513 standard requirements. Gulion also obtained IATF 16949:2016， the International Standard for Automotive Quality Management Systems, and a series of certifications.
Gulion has been included in the supporting supplier directory by Hunan Zoomlion Axle, Hubei Axle, Hubei Third Ring Axle, and other manufacturers and has become a qualified supplier of Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. Our products have also been sold to Europe, Russia, India, and other countries and regions.
