A We will arrange production according to the order quantity and payment sequence. Stock products will be shipped within seven days, and customized products will be shipped within 25 days. We will decide on the mode of transportation according to the quantity of orders. Generally, sea transportation is the most common, and the time limit is about 30-35 days, except for remote areas. When the order is processed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number for easy tracking of transportation information.

A In most cases, we can provide free samples, but the shipping cost of the samples needs to be borne by the customer. If customized products are required, we will evaluate whether to provide free samples based on the actual needs of the customer and the complexity of product production.

Q What's the MOQ for each item?
A The following is our MOQ standard policy for reference: Generally, the minimum order quantity for each product is 200 pieces. The minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces if it is a customized box. Heavy or oversized goods need not necessarily 200 pieces but must reach a specific value. Depending on the processes used in Gulion's manufacturing products, the minimum order quantity will also differ.
