Gulion's automatic adjuster is equipped with shock absorption and buffering functions to smoothly adjust the brake clearance during braking, thereby preventing the instability caused by sudden changes in braking torque. The working process of Gulion's automatic adjuster begins when the driver presses the brake pedal, causing the brake push rod to move the slider of the automatic adjuster. The movement of the slider is then transmitted to the camshaft through a series of mechanical devices. Subsequently, the camshaft makes necessary adjustments based on the gap size generated during braking. If the brake clearance is too large, the camshaft rotates to maintain the optimal gap between the brake drum and the brake lining, ensuring a stable and reliable braking effect. Upon the driver's release of the brake pedal, the brake system starts to release pressure, and the brake push rod returns to its original position. During this process, the automatic adjuster performs further fine-tuning to ensure the brake system's quick responsiveness for subsequent use. Gulion is dedicated to enhancing the stability and reliability of commercial vehicle braking systems, thus providing essential safety guarantees for drivers.
